RV THAT WAS RESERVED WAS LESS THAN SUBPAR CONDITION WAS GIVEN A UPGRADE THAT HAD A ON BOARD GENERATOR THAT WOULD NOT RUN MORE THAN 30 MINUTES AT A TIME WHICH MEANT NO AC FOR 3 DAYS,THE AWNING WOULD NOT EXTEND OUT,WAS TOLD THAT A TECH WOULD BE SENT OUT,NEVER HAPPENED!WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A RV RENTAL!

The worst rental I have ever rented. The unit barely made it to my destination. And when it did the outriggers didn’t work, couldn’t get power on for 3 days out of the 5 days. Shore power or generator power didn’t work, refrigeration didn’t work. Couldn’t even get in touch with the office and when I did they sent someone out to look at it and couldn’t fix it so they left, leaving me with nothing. I finally called someone to fix it and it cost me more money. I’ve asked for my money back and now I can’t get a hold of them. So my next step is my lawyer will go up there and serve them papers. I would not ever recommend renting from roaming bear Rv . All there units are trash. The office even told there tech that came out that they knew the outriggers was leaking hydraulic fluid that’s why it won’t set up. She didn’t know it was on speaker and I heard it all. They don’t even deserve a half star

The RV was clean and functional for our trip, but the booking had some issues worth mentioning. Our original vehicle was swapped the day before pickup for a cheaper model, yet we were charged the original higher rate - this took weeks to sort out and wasn’t fully resolved by the host directly. We also had a temporary generator issue (resolved same day) and bedding that didn’t fit the bed. Communication with the host was mixed. Would recommend confirming all pricing in writing if your reservation changes before pickup.

This was a terrible experience. I have rented from this company or your predecessors before and have never had such a poor experience. The rv was delivered before the delivery date without my knowing which left nowhere for it to be parked. The rv was parked by a campus administrator because of my relationship with them. But for that I am not sure what would happen. Upon getting to the rv on saturday morning it was filthy. Dust and dirt was everywhere as if it had not been cleaned at all. The bathrooms were dirty and reeked of urine. Then there was absolutely no water coming out, anywhere. I called and emailed for several hours saturday morning which interfered with my social gathering. No one came out so we were without water all day saturday which means we could not wash our hands nor comfortably use the restroom. I am not sure why all of these things were not checked BEFORE dropping off the unit. To date, I still have not heard from management on how they would like to resolve the issue. To note however the rv was not delivered in working condition as promised.

Absolutely phenomenal experience with these hosts. The RV that we received was not the original RV we reserved, that one was not returned on time by the previous clients. We arrived at the location and were given an upgraded RV that was clean and ready to go.

This vehicle rode like a tank.Suspension horrible on highway gaps.Steering wheel not clocked straight and pulling to the right so much that our muscles were strained.Wind noise and vibration on side door entry

The RV had damage all over it as it’s been abused and was filthy. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in quite a few rentals. Black dirt was caked everywhere from the countertop to the seating areas and the floor.
